Wilderness Systems Aspire 100

Wilderness Systems Aspire 100 Approx. 3-4 yrs old. Has done a shat-load of portages in its time and has the scratches to prove it. A great river/backwater kayak. Aside from scratches everything else is fine. Seat has no damage and along with the retractable skeg, work as well as when it was new. Has...

Re: SHKF coordinator update

Well done Haynesy. You've been coordinating longer than anyone else and I'm sure I speak on behalf of many in thanking you for your contribution. I too would like to see it continue. As you said, here or on FB, doesn't really matter. It's there if people want to use it.

Re: Around the Bend!

Nice one Brad, a great read as usual. I hope one of the reports you have in the line up is the one yourself & Steven did with some of us southerners. Also like your idea of drip feeding your already composed reports over the off season as I think most of us Basso's are really going to need that. Tha...

Re: Is KFDU Dying a Slow Death?

One thing I do appreciate it the openness of the folks here. I too am in many Facebook kayak pages, however they are very clicky (it's either that or clique) but I'm sure you get the idea. I truly hope this site keeps in keeping on. Funny you say fb pages can be "clicky" sorry, that's exactly how I ...

Re: Last couple of outings - got a few, lost a few! With Tro

Nice one Arpie. Good to catch up with you again. The spot with the harder track in sounds good. On day 2 I ended up fishing local to base-camp. It was pretty quiet but I did manage to find a few of the usual suspects after I worked the area out a little. I caught up with Dave near the launch when he...
