It's coming very hard to get in there, you should see on the weekend wall to wall some days you need to park miles away, suppose that progress once things get upgraded, but looks like the flathead are still there, so we'll all keep going back.

A very interesting read and some of the points I've seen over the last couple years, but in my recent travel there still a lot of Kayaks on rooftops towing caravans or campers, so this side of the kayaking isn't dying out it getting stronger, but well worth the read.

Lake Awoonga is another possibility there a free camping area at the back of the dam call Boynedale Bush camp , I've not been there for some years so I can't say what the water like at the present, last time it was right up too camp area with plenty of redclaw being caught.

No never used it sorry, when chasing bass in the Albert, I've always used the one at Stanmore Rd below the bridge and headed up from there.

Not a local but spent a lot my younger days around the Camden Haven system, it's not that far of drive down there as well, launch spot can be fairly easy around North Haven or if you like you can head around to Dunbogan then fish the lake system which has nurmous access points.
