Bummer about the swim & loss of your gear - at least you kept the flatties!! Nice fish, too!! Were you turning around to check something behind you? I often find that this changes your centre of gravity BIGTIME if not careful & is the most likely culprit for spills ..... weird for it to happen if y...

Haven't been out for three months due to a lower back injury, but managed this gt while chasing jewies up maroochydore river few mornings ago, zman swimmer opening night did the trick, good to get a fish back in the yak.

Where to launch in twin waters canals

Hi all can anyone tell me where to launch in the twin waters canals, looking for a spot that I can park the car close, and is not rocky or steep to launch, been for a drive around but still haven't found anything suitable, used to drag the yak over the bank near the weir, but not keen on that anymor...
