Mirage 180 Drives now available to purchase

Postby arpie » Thu Sep 28, 2017 2:51 pm

Hi guys

It would appear that you can now purchase the Mirage 180 Drives as a single purchase, not with a yak, averaging $1250.

Some time soon, the 'upgrade' kit should also be available at lesser cost.

cheers

What about the MD180 arc or whatever it's called? The drive that's coming with the 2018 models.

i purchased a new PA14 with the 180 drive, this is the first mirage drive i have owned and used. the amount i use reverse on the water has me wondering how you managed without it for so long. this would be an upgrade you won't regret!

Would one of these fit an Adventure Island, early version? Not that I am likely to want too, just wondering1

Cheers all Andybear :beye:

I believe that they do fit straight into V2 & GT and will fit V1 if the alignment pin (on the spine) is removed.

I sent them a message yesterday at about 6.30 pm expecting an answer today sometime. The guy rang me five minutes later bloody impressive 6.30 on public holiday.
So I asked if it is the latest model they have and what is the newer model that has been mentioned. He said yes the latest and that the new ARC drives coming 2018
wont be sold separate only in yaks and the only difference is that you can adjust the length of stroke with a push of a button on the end of the arms instead of further
down like it is at the moment. I would only think it would be useful if you had lots of different people using the same yak.
He only had a few left from this shipment and was unsure on the next delivery....so I ordered one.lol
I hope this answers some questions others may have had.
Cheers KIM
