Pimping swing

Postby Edstar » Thu May 04, 2017 3:21 pm

So I bought mehi old swing for an other spare yak for friends to use. It pretty much came unmodded seat wasn't even attached. This is a pic of it before. (I did start cutting in hatches before I took this pic)

And this is what it is modded up. It's my 2nd spare yak for offshore and all rounder.

This is my rod storage thru the surf. 7 foot 1 piece rods used for example but I would probably remove reels and store them inhull. 2 piece rods work great.

So I finished off installing a sounder, added a paddle holder/rod storage similar to my stealth. Added Velcro straps to secure rod butts. Added 3 rod holders 4 leashes and 2 cleats. Gaff holder, installed seat and rear hatch.

That will do for the moment. Most of the mod pieces were spares off my other projects lying around in the garage.
It's a oldie but a goodie
