WTB:Hobie Adventure Island - found

Postby CanuckChubbs » Mon Aug 05, 2013 7:25 pm

I have been in Australia for 4.5yrs and have loved every bit of it. I have had more kayaks than I can count, including every hobie model that I wanted to own except the elusive Adventure Island.

Since this might be our last summer here before returning to Canada, I want to spend it on an AI. If you have one that you might want to sell, let me know. I am happy to drive from Sydney to pick up.

Chubbs,

I have a 2010 Island Adventure in Papaya Yellow for sale. Good condition some minor scuffs on the hull. A set of black tramps $2,900
(TI upgrade still in the wind.)

I live at Shell Cove but I work in Sydney near Bankstown Airport so if you are interested I could take it to work.

Yeah, but always had the AI in the back of the mind and with the possibility of a return to Canada once the wife graduates as a Veterinarian. If they only paid Vets here what they pay back in NA it would be a different story. But, one thing at a time, lets get an AI and then worry bout permanent residency later.

I took it out for a fish several times and I spent more time paddling then fishing. I think that it defeats the purpose and has cemented my bias between Pedal vs paddle. If you want exercise, paddle, if you want to fish Pedal....or sail, Pedal and optional paddle.

Therefore Marauder is up for sale in the classified section.
