Hi Tommo,
Would have never thought of weed issues with the rudder for dam fishing. Good point!
Sounds like there may not be too much between the two overall.
Thanks

The main thing that irks me about my Evo are the tangles in the rudder system mainly caused when not trolling and when fishing more than one rod at a time.

I've tried 2 different methods to prevent line wrapping but still happens from time to time.

Hi all
Before Xmas I managed to get hold of a used Evo 465 and I luv it.
It has been set up really well by the previous owner with extra rod/gps holders and a flush mounted sounder in the hatch which is awesome.
Best move I have made in the way of a new yak for me.
Speed is great, storage is unreal and just a pleasure to paddle. Very stable too.
Only been out a few times getting used to it and can't wait to get into some decent fish.
Some macks would be nice!

Thanks for all the advice on the forum and hopefully will meet some of you guys on the water.

Cheers
