Christmas Fishing

#1 Post by Rory222 » Sat Dec 29, 2018 12:45 pm

G’day all

Hope you all had a safe and happy Chrissy and got some new fishy presents to test out in the new year

For me it was a really quick trip to Forster for 3 days before heading to Sydney for Xmas and Boxing Day. I got only one fishing outing in Forster for my 3 days between last minute Xmas shopping, windy crappy weather, getting the jetty oiled and catching up with friends. Fortunately a few fish were happy to play and whilst mostly smaller specimens (both flatties and bream) there was one nicer mid 50s flatty in the mix. All on the the baby GG with red texta touch up!

A few picci’s:
There is a greedy guts in that gob somewhere!!!

I did also sneak away for a quick couple of hours on the Woronora on Boxing Day but was not rewarded. Almost...but no a tiny tailor was not considered fair reward for effort.
Was good to get out nonetheless!

Was back to work Thursday with the very hot weather in in NE Vic. Yay!!!! :?:

Till next time...
