Free Willy. been there with the sore back. Sometimes you have to push through regardless (and deal with more pain later!). Although sometimes the physio wins in the end.

Thanks Clutch. :grin: Yeah. I do the same. I was so happy that I had no pain once in the kayak. So it was all systems gooo! :lol:
But each morning after getting out of bed, my left lower back just above the hip would give that immediate pull with pain :grr: Then slowly subside through the day.
All good now. :grin:
