Kareless1 at Hinze for Pirtek Fishing Challenge

Postby Dodge » Sun Mar 19, 2017 2:42 pm

Les [kareless] at present is unable to post due to a technical hiccup with elephants and waiting for activation of a new name [Kareless1] to correct the situation, so a bit of a summary of his Pirtek Challenge Result to the time I left him on the water at Hinze Dam. BTW he can read any comments posted just unable to reply at this time.

I was along purely for company but did throw a bait in an only got grunter, for Les and he was entered in the challenge the Challenge targetting bass, lousy day and regular rain from 6am to 10am when it cleared to a reasonable morning to be out.

Raining steadily early

And into the trees looking for fish

Finally after a couple of hours fishing Les landed a 37cms bass

About the time the rain stopped Danny [wongus] also arrived and I then left both of them and headed home about 11am

If Les caught more fish later will add them when advised of the later result.

EDIT 7.30pm
Have now heard from Les since posting this report on his behalf, he said they returned about 1.30pm travelling in solid rain ....seems I had the better trip, this picture is my return to the ramp about 11am
