Winter Bass

#1 Post by SpiritFisha » Tue Jul 03, 2018 1:47 pm

Went for a couple of hours fishing over the weekend chasing some winter bass. Beautiful afternoon and almost had the lake for myself, if it wasn't for a lone boat who spoiled it. Plenty of fish on the sounder, mostly schooled up in the deeper parts of the lake. Got 5 for the afternoon, all of them in the 300 - 350 mm size range apart from one nice fish close to the 500 mm mark. Can't wait for the spring to come as I don't particular like the cool morning/evenings (too hard to get out of a nice warm bed).
