I prefer incoming or high tide, as it can get fairly shallow, and exposes many snags. Current isn't an issue though.

Noooo not at you mate haha, was for matto with regards to the whole Google thing. And really not disappointed at all, its just an interesting looking fish, cheers for your feedback :glad:

It does , it shows us two things
A. What lure you used and
B. You don't use a loop knot to attach your hb's

In all seriousness though The more I look at it the more it convinces me its a deformed bass . I would be intetested to hear the reasons some people are certain it's an EP though . The only way to be sure would be to have a scale or dna sample from it tested

 fair enough haha
Lure is so light and swims perfectly with out it, don't have faith in the loops, although I do use them on the heavier stuff

Hahaha that bass aint even deformed, now this is a deformed bass.

I do agree though that this is a bass not an ep, looks to fresh and EP's up here are seriously rare, i think i know where you are which also makes it more unbelievable. My vote is for deformed bass due to the amount of spastic bass i have caught before, had one that i thought was an EP too a little while ago but figured it was just a mutant bass. Possibility is deformed bass or hybrid.
