What Video editing program do you use?

Got a Video that you'd like to share with everyone else. This is the best place to post up a link to it. Great for 'YouTube' or 'Google Video' links.

What Video editing program do you use?

Postby rocketV » Sat Jan 07, 2017 8:31 pm

I know that there are quite a few KFDUers that use action cams and post videos to YouTube etc.

I have recently joined in the fun and currently use the YouTube Video Editor.

It has been a good format to get me started as it is free and pretty easy to use, but lacks features that I have seen in other peoples clips.

I'd like to be able to add multiple sound tracks, and alternate between music and the sound track from the original footage.

I'm interested to hear what other people use and what they like/dislike about it.

Please reply here, all responses appreciated.
Fresh is best, but I don't mind some salt every now and then!

G'day Rocket,

Early days here myself, but I have been able to get my hands on Adobe Premiere Pro at education/teacher rate. It is pretty handy, and well beyond my skill level, but I am learning and am sure I will learn more as I go.

Cheers,

Adam

gopro studio. Pretty simple to use and (like all I would assume) good online tutorials for it. I both like and dislike how it uses the video files- it takes ages on my computer, but at the same time it doesn't matter if you move them and the playback in-editor doesn't lag. Still images are not fun to add though.

I caught a cobia which could eat the rest except for the mackerel which could also probably eat a lot of the things

Windows Movie Maker.

Is free and easy to use (though maybe not as featured as some of the paid-for alternatives).
