What you do when you can't yak fish...land based! (Video)

Postby rocketV » Fri May 05, 2017 11:08 pm

Hello fellow KFDUers

A month or so ago I injured my back while portaging over some rough terrain and have not been able to yak since.
Standing and walking are all good though, so I have enjoyed some land based action to get my fishing fix.
Land based fishing is not easy and it makes me appreciate the freedom and flexibility that yak fishing offers.

I decided to set myself a specific challenge on a recent outing where I attempted to catch Bream on 3 different lures types in the one session.
Please check out my video to see how I went about it, and if I passed the challenge  or crashed and burned

If you enjoy the challenge please let me know as I am thinking about doing a series of them in the future.
Got any good ideas for a challenge that you want to see me attempt? Lay it on me!

Thanks Kym. I purposefully didn't film any of your fish because you caught so many it would make me look bad
