Hi Nigel,

Lower harbour not good at my navigation on the water where exactly is it? :grin: Always wanted to get kings but no luck.
Im going on Sunday too. Maybe i can tag along with you.

Hi Nigel,

Never been on clontarf how's the launch there is it boat ramp or sand? No beach wheel atm.
I will come and see you there first light. See what happen with the weather.

Well parking is ample approx 25m across a park to a +-
8m strech of sand Balmoral is easier but parking is like rocking hoarse Sxxt see you there

Hi Nigel,

What time are you gonna be there. Is 6am ok or a bit late? Also i saw you trolling with pilchards before. Thinking of trolling hardbody and pilchards. Do you use inline sinker if so how heavy do I need to buy and is 50lbs leader to heavy or 20lbs is enough. TIA

Hi pat ill be there to launch 1st light( 6ish) I use 50lb main on the big bat & 80lb leader with 10kg mag drag on reel about right I think go leader 2.5xmax drag rod capability some go lighter but I'm not into finesse :shout: say at Longy if they run TA RA
