Lochie has moved to a new place

#1 Post by Dodge » Fri Dec 08, 2017 5:20 pm

Long term GCNR club members will remember Lochie, dog, crew, companion of both John [silver19] and Dawn, always out on club outings.

After many happy years, John has advised little Lochie has died after his long life as mate to John and Dawn...... a sad time for them both.

I was sad for John & Dawn when I learned that Lochie had passed away ..... he was such a huge part of their lives - always along for the travel & the ride on the yak! A lovely little companion for both of them

He will be sadly missed ....

John and Dawn,
I know what you are feeling....
and after so many years of his companionship he will be sadly missed.

YOU ONLY NEED TWO TOOLS IN LIFE - WD-40 AND DUCT TAPE.
IF IT DOESN'T MOVE AND SHOULD, USE THE WD-40. IF IT SHOULDN'T MOVE AND DOES, USE THE DUCT TAPE.

Thanks Dodge and others I have just seen this post. Some great photos and memories there. I went Bass fishing this week, the first time since Lochie passed. Did manage 4 nice fish but it did seem strange without him giving his opinion on the fish and my fishing. He was a great mate and fishing companion for 15 years and is missed. I always thought that for awhile Lochie was the most photographed dog on the web so to indulge myself here is just one more for old time sake.
