Love that place! Been 3 times in the last year. However, will be in coffs late Feb otherwise would've loved to go

Yet to christen my new outback in the salt

I know there are a few heading down in feb but no set dates as yet

Landed some nice sized duskies last Thursday mid-morning in the channel running down to the lake proper. Light gear comprising of a Shimano sienna FD 1000 reel and dropshot rod. Soft plastic with double trebles. Gold/brown worked best.

Hard fishing with the incoming King Tide and lots of stink boats, but some quality fish to be had.

PB (Yak) Bonito 60cm, Bream 37cm, Dusky Flathead 49cm, Sand Flathead 47Cm, Bass 35cm (1st time Bass fishing).
