Not getting to Tallowa until Saturday arvo, due to the limited space i think i might set up camp at Glenmack first then prefish in the late arvo.

Is the prefish ban until Friday is a practise day a navigation day?

Hi Bugger

Fishing ban is from the 30th December to friday the 10th Jan inclusive.

Practice is on Saturday 11th.

Chris from Totally Immersed Watersports at South Nowra (local Hobie dealer) has talked myself and a mate into signing up, faxed off the forms today.

So if you see a couple of estuary fishermen looking lost up at Tallowa on Sunday that will be us :lol:

Its reasonably local (we'll be driving up from the basin that morning) so looking forward to a top day on the water and seeing what this tournament yak fishing scene is all about :wink:

Are you allowed to keep a fish on Saturday to eat for example if you catch a rainbow trout is it ok just checking

No rule says you can't, but in the spirit of the comp it's probably not a good idea. Slip back out on Sunday arvo and grab a feed then :wink:
