2 x pairs lockracks for sale ($100 each ... $200 both sets)

Postby LODO » Wed Oct 04, 2017 8:37 am

Hi all

Now that I am trailer based with my kayak, I have no need for my two sets of lockracks.

If you've not used Lockracks before, they are amazing. That joy you feel by sliding your yak onto the roof and just click-click ... and you're done. No more requirements for cam straps or ratchet straps. I loved them when I was rooftopping.

If anyone is interested, please let me know.

Regards
Mike.

Hi Mike

Are they adjustable? I have a small sit in and was wondering if it would fit. It is 74cm wide.

Is there a model number or something that I can look up?

Hi Wayne

They are completely adjustable with a click (hole) type system to lock the arms in place at various widths.

My only issue would be, according to your profile ... you're Gold Coast based ... It'd probably add another $50 to the price just to get them wrapped and sent down. However, if you're in the 'ville or anywhere between Ingham to Ayr (approx) I'd be happy to deliver.

If you are interested in them, contact Dennis Tocknell at Australian Kayak Specialists individually they normally retail for about $180 a pair. So mine would be a decent discount either way. I just want to see them being used, rather than sitting attached to my roofracks.

Dennis is a top bloke and I could not reccomend him and his team strongly enough.

No worries Mike. I'll have a think about them. My company has a warehouse in the 'ville so it wouldn't be a problem. I visit once or twice a year also and my mum lives in Ayr so I think I've got all bases covered

Don't hold them for me, first in best dressed as always. I'll get back to you if I decide I want them.

Dennis is just around the corner from my work so I can duck in there if I need to.
