Going to see what I can do in regards to being able to change the photo of the month on the front page, and possibly get something...

Re: My first mangrove jack!

Yep plenty of apps to resized. And its better to use them than dropping you pic resolutio on your camera or phone. This way if you catch that prize winning fish. You'll be able to enlarge it. Without it getting pixelated. Thats my opinion anyway. You can always make it smaller.
Congrats on the Jack.

My first Southern Saratoga

Not much of a record breaking fish. But broke a record drought for me. Been trying to crack the freshwater fishing for a couple of years now. With Saratoga on the hit list. Got this 350mm fella at the weir on the Mary river. Hooked it solid through the top lip with a white 1/8oz Booyah spinner bait....

OK thanks for that. Ive got spinners, but thought brighter colours with a silver spinner would be better. Thats where I could be going wrong.

Soft plastics for Mary River Qld. Whats working for you?

OK I get onto the Mary river near Gympie Qld a little . But all I ever catch is cat fish. Now dont get me wrong. They are fun to play on the line. But Id like something a little more substantial. Ive used lures before. Spinners. Sub-surface poppers. With no effect. Im sure its all in my crap techniq...

Folding kayak seat for Winner Velocity

Im looking to put a solid folding seat on my kayak. A Winner Velocity. Not a dedicated fishing kayak. But it serves me well. Its cockpit is not terribly wide, but its a very stable kayak. And it suits me. Can anyoe suggest a narrow-ish folding seat I could adapt? I dont like the standard soft seats....
