Just an added note here. As we get a little older we tend to live more and more in the past. I was a pretty good athlete pre the age of 35. Im 43 now and still in pretty good shape training 2-3 times a week. Ive been in a couple of spots in the last 3 months where in the past I wouldnt have hesitate...
