My Ocean Kayak still lives

#1 Post by dustypitman » Thu Jan 16, 2020 10:54 pm

Can't believe it has been 7 years since I started Kayak fishing in the the Prowler 4.3 Ultra, beware newbies pimping kayaks never stops. Changes I have made I swapped the PA sail for a Falcon sail, just to get an increase in upwind sailing mainly, now I have to work on a Leeboard system to increase it again hahaha

Does the sail being that far forward cause extreme leecocking? It looks as though the leeboard would need to be further forward than your feet - but then maybe the rudder will compensate enough.
