just a knot tieing site

#1 Post by slydersneak » Sat Nov 30, 2013 7:22 pm

i used this site when i was trying to find an easier way to jion my leader to braid
i ended up using the Seaguar Knot
http://www.netknots.com/fishing_knots/
It has an animated instruction guide
i can now tie it in complete darkness with the loss of a bit of line.
It seems to hold no matter what the difference between thicknesses is.

I havent had the knot slip yet but had the lesser line break
new yaks PBs: murray cod 470mm, Flathead:550 mm,bream:370 mm, flounder:280 mm.Tarwine :295 mm

Be careful mate about sharing that type of personal info.
I've seen people get kicked of the forum for less. Which way you connect is nobody business but your own
ps Thanks for the share very helpful

Mrs Albright and myself had a torrid affair over the last few years and after a few break ups and makes ups the last break up over a tuna was the last thing that made it all unravel. I now swing toward the GT knot myself
