Good remount videos

#1 Post by Salty Dog » Thu Feb 14, 2019 12:48 am

Hi All,

Some good videos from a legend of surfski racing. Anyone that has tried a surfski knows that anything above the real entry level is way less stable than recreational kayaks, so their technique needs to be pretty slick.

P.S. Before I get accused of it, yes, I am an Oscar Chalupsky fanboy! :blah:
Regards, Adam.

Good idea - no one should be out on the water without being able to remount.

Got to love Oscar Chalupsky - anyone who can be world champion at 49 years of age is tough and clued up in one.

Also love the practicality of his advice e.g. (for those trying to paddle boats more elite than their skills) 'No one is fast upside down'
