Journey to my first Murray Cod

#1 Post by Ads22 » Fri Mar 08, 2019 9:12 am

I was fortunate enough on my recent family holiday to spend some time chasing my first Murray Cod. I stopped in at Echuca and Dubbo in some beautiful country in search of these amazing fish. This vlog covers two sessions where I finally managed to come across my first Cod. The time slots available to fishing were limited in each place, so I was happy to get a result. On this POETS day, I hope it inspires some enthusiasm for the weekend fishing sessions!

Nice video mate... it captures the frustration of cod fishing perfectly

Thanks Dave. It certainly can be frustrating. But I wasn't expecting big things, so it wasn't too bad. A bit like when I'm targeting Barra. Some days they are on, some days not. I am certainly keen to catch more, though!
