Ewen Maddock Cash Grab 28/3/15 Report

Good Afternoon all,

I just wanted to give a bit of an update and recap on the Cash Grab from the weekend.

Firstly this event wouldn't have been possible without the great work of Ewen Maddock Fish Management Inc. So a massive thanks to them and the work they do.

With 21 competitors on the day it gave some good competition and had some very nice fish caught.

Top 6 places were:
Nathan Zischke 43.0 / 41.0 / 49.0 Total: 133.0
Luke Mendham 32.0 / 33.0 / 31.0 Total: 96.0
Greg Rigby 33.0 / 26.0 / 27.0 Total: 86.0
Josh Macey 31.0 / 24.0 / 0.0 Total: 55.0
Paul Rolfe 48.0 / 0.0 / 0.0 Total: 48.0
Shane Couchman 40.0 / 0.0 / 0.0 Total: 40.0

I haven't had a chance to upload my photos of the day yet but here is a video showing my 33cm Bass caught on a "Bass Diver" handmade wooden lure by RV Lures in Tuncurry (check then out on Facebook)

Again I just wanted to thank the guys that made the day possible and if you are in the area for the next CashGrab I would really recommend coming along for a great day with awesome people.

Hi Greg just reading the report about the Cash Grab. Do you have any info relating to the comp if there is one this year. Any thing would help. Have tried to contact them on the yakfishinglessions site but my computer doesn't recognize the address or some thing like that.

I won't be able to get up there this year as I have moved to Newcastle but it will be a great event none the less.
