PB Barra - Bazza Loves a Tazer! [Video added]
Fishing was tough today, but finished with this so happy days. Will take a bit of time to do some reports up from the last three days, but here is the icing! 109cm on the Pirtek Brag Mat, which turns out to be 108cm by real measurements, still a PB by 2cm.

Was below Awoonga Dam. Caught in the salt but a good chance it's an Awoonga escapee.Ozzybass wrote:Wow!! Lake or wild river fish?
FYI Awoonga has fished really well lately.

Great fish. You really deserve it. I always enjoy reading about your exploits and of the variety of fish that you catch. Bill

I caught a cobia which could eat the rest except for the mackerel which could also probably eat a lot of the things

I'm happy to help with the chasing, but can't guarantee the catching! I'm quite inconsistent.unsinkable 2 wrote:That is awesome mate. definitely one fish that I want to chase at some stage!

Awesome, Adam! Congrats on your new PB - SO much fun on the lighter gear, too!!
See you up there one day!

My buddy Kim (Maybe... on here) has just started her 'Round Aussie' trip (currently with me just now) and is heading up to Cairns mid June then on to the NT & around to Broome/Perth etc - is there anywhere SAFE that she can shore bash up near you? She has Subaru all wheel drive & is comfortable with offroad driving from her flyfishing days at the Snowy. She's just taken up Spey Fishing (2 handed fly fishing) and has barra & bass flies, bream, flattie flies ..... and keen to land some fish whenever she is near water!!
